Single Girder Gantry Cranes
The single girder overhead gantry ranges from 1,000kg to 50 tonnes capacity with duties ranging from M3 to M6. The example shown to the right is a single box girder with the hoist unit running on the lower flange. The hoist unit is available in normal headroom and low headroom configuration. Single girder gantries come available with single or double hoists, pendant or radio control and inverter motor drives.
Double Girder Gantry Cranes
Double girder overhead gantry cranes range from 5 tonne to 160 tonnes capacity with duties ranging from M3 to M6. Compared to all other crane configurations, double girder gantry cranes offer maximum hook height and can cater for spans up to 40 metres. The double girder crane is available with single or double hoists, radio or pendant control and inverter motor drives.
Portable Gantry Cranes
Our portable gantry granes allow extra fexibility compared to other crane solutions. For situations when an application cannot handle a permanent crane they provide a practical and affordable solution.
A monorail crane is the ideal unit where there is a need for the hoist to travel along a linear or non-linear path. The capacity ranges from 250kg to 10 tonne. The monorail crane is typically custom designed to suit a specific application. The monorail crane is available with a manual or fully motorised trolley. The hoist unit is available in normal or close coupled configuration.
A jib crane is the ideal unit where there is insufficient space for a travelling overhead crane or for individual work stations. Its capacity ranges from 250kg to 10 tonnes. Jib cranes come available as a free standing or wall mounted unit, or they can be custom designed for special applications. The jib is available fully motorised including the slew or a combination of manual or motorised motions. The hoist unit is available in normal headroom and low headroom configuration.
